Business Development Manager, Thailand
The Business Development Manager for Thailand will lead Headout's commercial growth and expansion across the country, focusing on key cities such as Bangkok, Pattaya, Krabi, and Chiang Mai, while exploring opportunities in emerging markets like Koh Samui and Kanchanaburi. This role serves as the primary liaison between Headout and its supply partners in the region, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the company's presence and partnerships within the Thai market.
Key responsibilities include identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new supply partners onto the Headout platform. The manager will also nurture relationships with existing partners to drive additional growth, coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships, and analyze market trends to inform and optimize business strategies.
The ideal candidate is a fully proficient Thai and English speaker based in Bangkok, with a minimum of four years of experience in business development, preferably within the travel industry. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a global mindset and comfort working across different cultural backgrounds and time zones. A collaborative attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience with CRM tools are also important for success in this role.
Compensation includes a remote work schedule, a $250 stipend to set up a productive work environment outside the office, $500 in Headout credits to experience offerings worldwide, unlimited learning credits for professional development, and potential travel across Headout's nine global offices as required by the role.
