ABOUT THE ROLE | O ROLI
EN: We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in Poland. You will manage the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and first contact through negotiation to closing—while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
PL: Poszukujemy Menedżera ds. Rozwoju Biznesu / Originacji z silnym nastawieniem komercyjnym, który będzie identyfikował, strukturyzował, negocjował i finalizował transakcje związane z nieruchomościami i gruntami w Polsce. Rola obejmuje pełen cykl transakcyjny – od pozyskania leadów i pierwszego kontaktu, przez negocjacje, aż do zamknięcia transakcji – z odpowiedzialnością za rozwój i jakość pipeline’u.
