Wellhub is seeking a Business Development Representative I (m/f/d) to join their Client Sales team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you'll engage prospects and identify potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative methods. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to educate them on opportunity details and manage expectations. Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals is a key responsibility, along with demonstrating the value of Wellhub by educating companies on the importance of the company's mission. You'll also become the go-to person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies, continually seeking and taking advantage of networking opportunities at industry events.

The ideal candidate is a true team player who loves collaborating to achieve both group and individual goals. Tenacity and goal-orientation are crucial, with prior experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management being a plus. Self-starters who can multitask and adapt to a fast-growing organization are highly valued. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to absorb data to create analytically based strategies. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, and experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous. A high affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being is also beneficial.
