Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative at Wellhub plays a pivotal role within the New Ventures team, serving as the initial point of contact for potential clients. Based in São Paulo, the role offers a hybrid work environment, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities include mapping, qualifying, and engaging potential B2B clients for Wellhub's portfolio. The representative will execute proactive outbound prospecting strategies across multiple channels, such as cold emails, calls, social selling via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and video conferences. Additionally, the role involves consultative lead qualification, scheduling strategic meetings for the sales executives, and managing the sales funnel within the CRM to ensure data integrity and precise pipeline control. Analyzing conversion metrics and proposing continuous improvements to optimize the prospecting process are also essential duties.
Candidates should reside in São Paulo and be available to work in the office three times per week. Experience in active outbound prospecting, business development, or sales for large and complex strategic accounts is required. Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.
