Business Intelligence Analyst
The Business Intelligence Analyst at SRS Acquiom will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales reporting and business intelligence capabilities. This position involves leveraging CRM, ERP, and other technological platforms to transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting the company's mission to redefine complex financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, pipeline management, tracking metrics against production goals, and developing new CRM functionalities. The analyst will also support and maintain data quality in Salesforce, analyze sales and marketing activities, create data visualizations and dashboards to monitor KPIs, and manage special data and business intelligence projects. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and analyzing data needs among various stakeholders and managing new CRM initiatives, including API integrations.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least three years in an analytical role and two years of Salesforce experience. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, and excellent presentation skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in financial services or B2B environments, Salesforce Administrator certification, familiarity with CPQ or Revenue Cloud, market research experience, ERP system knowledge, and proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
