Fulfillment Manager
The Fulfillment Manager at SRS Acquiom is responsible for overseeing the solicitation and document collection processes in support of the Pre-Closing Solicitation and Payments products. This role involves managing large-scale communication distributions containing highly confidential information and ensuring the accurate collection, organization, and review of completed documentation. The position is fully remote within the United States and reports to the Operations Department.
Key responsibilities include managing fulfillment processes for shareholder servicing communications, document collection, retention, and reporting. The manager will define, implement, and monitor controls for various fulfillment processes, participate in business development calls and trainings, and collaborate with clients to design optimal experiences for unique deal requirements. Additional duties involve interpreting complex capitalization tables and financial models, reviewing and approving large-scale updates to the system of record, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry. Management experience is a plus, along with proficiency in project management principles. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, Word) are essential. Experience with NetSuite, SQL, and DocuSign is advantageous. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
