Tipalti is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team in Tbilisi, Georgia. As a BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, contributing significantly to our data-driven decision-making processes. This position offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced fintech environment, collaborating with various departments to enhance our business intelligence capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models and reports, creating interactive dashboards to visualize key business metrics, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that drive business growth. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of a semantic layer and self-service BI projects, ensuring data consistency and accessibility across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience as a BI Developer, with strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI. A self-starter attitude with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential. Experience in an online-tech company, a passion for analytics, and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across various domains are highly valued. Additional advantages include experience with DBT, Snowflake, Python, and implementing self-service BI solutions.
