Business Transformation / Account Manager
As a Business Transformation Manager at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing transformation projects for our clients. This position emphasizes account management, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of media partners to execute joint initiatives effectively. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including strategists, data scientists, content specialists, and technical experts, to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include serving as a strategic partner to clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction to expand our collaborations. You will oversee complex transformation programs from planning through execution, ensuring that WPP's solutions are optimally implemented. Maintaining oversight of project progress, scope, budgets, deadlines, and quality will be essential to uphold operational excellence. Additionally, you will manage and connect all stakeholders—both internal teams and external media partners—to achieve client objectives effectively. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 8 years of experience in account management or program management, preferably within the marketing communications sector. You should be adept at building and nurturing client relationships, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships and account growth. Proficiency in managing multiple external stakeholders, such as media partners, and leveraging these relationships strategically is crucial. A proven track record in executing complex projects with precision, including coordinating diverse teams and maintaining clear communication, is essential.
