Campaign Manager
As a Campaign Manager at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, integrating media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. This position is based in New York, United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting suitable influencers, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with them, and negotiating partnerships that include compensation and deliverables. You will provide clear guidelines and creative briefs to influencers, review and approve their content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and coordinate content approvals with clients. Additionally, you will manage project timelines, oversee budgets, monitor campaign performance, and generate regular reports with insights into key metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns, with demonstrable skills in delegating and prioritizing workloads. Strong writing and communication abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work effectively under pressure. A solid understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics, such as impressions, reach, and engagements, is also required.
Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $140,000 USD annually, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
