[Can Tho] Customer Service Executive
Eurofins is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Can Tho. As a global leader in food, environment, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic product testing, Eurofins operates over 950 laboratories in 59 countries. The Customer Service Executive will manage the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), handling tasks such as quotations and client data registration. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Business Development team to address client inquiries and complaints, maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued use of Eurofins services, and promoting our products and services. The role also involves understanding client needs to make appropriate proposals, liaising with related teams to update clients' debt statuses, and collecting client feedback to enhance customer service.
Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Food/Post-Harvest Technology, Biology Technology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the food and food-related markets. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required. Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
