Case Developer

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Case Developer to join their team in Longwood, Florida. As a Case Developer, you will be responsible for filing appeals for clients within the Social Security Administration's deadlines, assisting clients with their paperwork, and communicating with the SSA regarding client claims. Additional duties include reviewing case files for potential issues, preparing request for hearing files for transfer to legal teams, and managing case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney. This role requires daily interaction with clients via telephone and email, as well as collaboration with multiple coworkers involved in case file management.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED and be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude are essential. Candidates must also have strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
