This role offers a unique opportunity to handle a heavy and complex caseload, contributing to the firm's expansion in the state's workers' compensation sector.

As a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day cases and hearings, drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions, guiding clients through the legal process, interacting with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the Alabama State Bar Association, have a minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience, demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings, exhibit excellent client service and communication skills, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
