Case Manager - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Case Manager to join their team in Bradenton, Florida. This role involves working closely with attorneys and clients to manage a diverse caseload, ensuring effective communication and case progression.

The Case Manager will interact daily with clients both in person and via telephone, order and manage medical records, and communicate with healthcare providers throughout the treatment process. Responsibilities include obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability claims, coordinating with insurance carriers, maintaining organized case files, and preparing comprehensive demand packages under attorney supervision.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience in Workers' Compensation. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed should be no less than 35 words per minute.
