Personal Injury Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a prominent personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is integral to the firm's mission of advocating for clients against large corporations and insurance companies. The Case Manager will work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

The primary responsibilities include daily interactions with clients, both in person and via telephone, to provide updates and gather necessary information. The Case Manager will order and review medical records, communicate with healthcare providers, and obtain essential documents to support injury and liability claims. Additionally, the role involves preparing comprehensive demand packages for insurance carriers and maintaining organized case files from intake to closure under attorney supervision.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, though it is preferred rather than required. Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal is strongly preferred, along with at least two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
