Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a dedicated Pre-Suit Attorney to join our expanding Gainesville, Florida office. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases, primarily focusing on motor vehicle incidents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a firm committed to advocating for the rights of individuals against powerful entities.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing necessary documents, guiding clients through the case process, and managing settlement negotiations. You will also be responsible for completing Flip-to-Lit approvals, TD approvals for liability issues, and managing the release approval process. Leading a team of 6-10 Case Managers, you will ensure compliance with key performance indicators and drive the team's success.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership skills, excellent client service and communication abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals and a desire to become part of a trial team will thrive in this role.
