Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing and file management, is essential. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail, are required. Experience in the legal field and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are advantageous.
