Key responsibilities include shadowing experienced Case Managers, ordering medical records from providers, preparing comprehensive demand packages, investigating case facts, and assisting in the preparation of settlement documents and correspondence. The role also involves learning to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers and performing other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or in a support role, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in computer programs, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation abilities, are also necessary.
