Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role is integral to the firm's mission of protecting the rights of individuals against powerful entities. The Case Manager will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case progression and client satisfaction.

The primary responsibilities include daily interactions with clients, both in person and via telephone, to provide updates and gather necessary information. The Case Manager will order and manage medical records, communicate with healthcare providers, and obtain essential documents to support injury and liability claims. Additionally, the role involves preparing comprehensive demand packages for insurance carriers under attorney supervision and maintaining organized case files from intake to closure.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
