Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and facilitating the development of settlements. This position requires a high level of organization and a customer-focused, empathetic approach to client interactions.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person communications. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records from providers, obtaining necessary documents to support injury or liability claims, and interacting with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. Additionally, you will negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong negotiating skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Typing speed should be no less than 35 words per minute.
