Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their team in Columbia, South Carolina. This role involves working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

The Case Manager will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, both in person and via telephone, to gather necessary information and provide updates. Key duties include ordering medical records, communicating with healthcare providers, obtaining documents to support injury and liability claims, and maintaining organized case files. Additionally, the Case Manager will prepare comprehensive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed should be no less than 35 words per minute.
