Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role involves working closely with attorneys to manage a diverse caseload, ensuring efficient case progression and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, empathetic, and committed to upholding our mission of advocating for the people.

As a Case Manager, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records, communicating with clients and providers throughout treatment, and obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions. Additionally, you will interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, maintain organized case files, and prepare comprehensive demands for submission to carriers under attorney supervision.

The position requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads with minimal supervision. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Typing speed should be no less than 35 words per minute.
