Case Manager
The Case Manager at Morgan & Morgan plays a vital role in supporting attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and ensuring efficient case progression. Key responsibilities include daily interactions with clients, both in person and via telephone, to gather necessary information and provide updates. Additionally, the role involves maintaining organized case files, preparing comprehensive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers, and collaborating closely with attorneys to present case synopses as required.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, is required.
