Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and facilitating the development of settlements. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of advocating for consumer rights and delivering exceptional legal services.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records from providers, communicating with clients and providers throughout the treatment process, and obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions. Additionally, you will interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, negotiate case settlements, and manage case files from intake to closure under the direction of an attorney.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong negotiating skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are also required.
