Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Case Manager to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys by managing a varied caseload, assisting in the development of settlements, and preparing necessary documents and correspondence. This position offers an opportunity to be fully immersed in the legal process, working directly alongside a dynamic team committed to consumer rights.

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include interacting with existing and potential clients via telephone and in person, ordering medical records from providers, and communicating with clients and providers throughout the course of treatment. You will obtain documents necessary to support injury and liability positions, interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, and collaborate with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files. Maintaining organized case files, preparing comprehensive demands, and assembling support for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney are also key aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. A minimum of two years working in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are crucial for success in this role.
