Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Case Manager to join their Montgomery, Alabama office. Established in 1988, the firm has grown to over 6,000 employees, including more than 1,000 attorneys, with offices across all 50 states.

As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys by managing a diverse caseload. Your daily tasks will include interacting with clients and potential clients via telephone and in person, ordering medical records, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, and communicating with insurance carriers and healthcare providers. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal is strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are also required.
