Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Case Manager to join their team in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting attorneys with developing settlements, preparing documents, and managing a varied caseload. In this role, your daily responsibilities will include interacting with existing and potential clients via telephone and in person, ordering medical records from providers, and communicating with clients and providers during the course of treatment. You will also obtain necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, and work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files. Maintaining organized case files and preparing comprehensive demands for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney are also key aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. A minimum of two years working in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are also required. This is an on-site position; remote work is not eligible.
