Case Operations Manager, Complex Litigation
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Case Operations Manager for its Complex Litigation practice in Tampa, Florida. The firm is dedicated to protecting consumer rights and has a history of significant legal victories, including defending clients' data privacy rights against major corporations and securing substantial settlements for clients affected by disasters.
As a Case Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of case operations, ensuring the efficient progression of client cases from sign-up to settlement. This role involves collaborating with legal leadership to manage timelines, developing and implementing tools and processes for case teams, and providing transparency into work-up status through inventory reporting. Additionally, you will partner with various departments and third-party vendors to address obstacles, develop communication programs to enhance client experience, and oversee staffing needs, including training and onboarding of new team members.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in operations, general management, or litigation case management. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to synthesize information, and advanced analytical capabilities are essential. Experience with Salesforce and a background in high-growth companies are advantageous. Prior experience as a paralegal with litigation experience is also beneficial.
