CGT- Biologics HPLC Scientist

Eurofins is seeking a CGT-Biologics HPLC Scientist to join their Cell & Gene Therapy team in Lancaster, PA. This role focuses on performing analytical testing to assess the purity, impurities, infectivity, concentration, and safety of viral vectors and cell therapy products. Eurofins is a global leader in analytical testing services, committed to ensuring product safety and quality across various industries.

The scientist will conduct both routine and non-routine analyses, primarily in molecular, cell biology, and virology test areas. Key responsibilities include performing tests such as RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, AEX/CEX-HPLC, and CE-SDS on in-process, drug substance, and final product biologics. The role also involves method qualification and validation procedures to support biopharmaceutical services.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, along with at least three years of GMP and chromatography experience. Proficiency in HPLC (using detectors like CAD, Fluorescence, Absorbance) and LC-MS is required, as well as experience with software such as Empower and 32 Karat. Familiarity with additional biochemistry techniques like CE-SDS and DLS is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.

The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with potential travel up to 25%.
