Channel Account Manager
As a Channel Account Manager at Arista Networks, you will be responsible for driving partner-initiated revenue growth with Arista’s most strategic channel partners. This role involves conveying Arista’s value proposition across Data Center, Campus, and Network Observability solutions to a diverse group of sales and technical staff while conducting ongoing sales enablement. You will be an integral member of the regional sales team, ensuring maximum field collaboration with key partners.
Key responsibilities include developing and leveraging executive partner relationships to increase Arista's mindshare across organizations. You will generate enthusiasm among partner sales and engineering teams to sell Arista products and services, manage and oversee Arista partners in the region, and actively participate in the sales process with partners. Additionally, you will be accountable for jointly developed goals, conduct bi-weekly reviews of partner-initiated opportunities, and manage program-level compliance with up-leveled partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/CS/BA degree or equivalent, with a background in technology sales or business development. A minimum of 3 years of dynamic channel or partner management experience within the networking industry is required. Previous experience selling networking, network security, storage, or data center infrastructure is highly desired. Excellent presentation skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a tenacious and assertive 'hunter' mentality are essential. The role requires availability for impromptu partner meetings across the region, with openness to 50%+ travel (local and regional).
Arista offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $70,000 to $131,000, depending on skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and location. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
