Channel Account Manager - Resellers
Canva is seeking a Channel Account Manager to lead and expand reseller relationships across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role involves managing a portfolio of reseller partners, driving growth and performance, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance Canva's market presence. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, or remote options.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new reseller partners, developing and executing partner enablement strategies, and co-creating joint business plans with clear goals and metrics. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns and lead-generation initiatives, as well as tracking partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel management, partnership development, or indirect sales, particularly with large resellers or channel networks. A proven track record of building and growing reseller programs that drive revenue is essential. Excellent relationship-building skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and proficiency in using data to inform decisions are also required. Familiarity with the APAC reseller landscape and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce are advantageous.
