This role involves creating and managing a comprehensive library of partner-facing marketing assets, leading joint value propositions, and overseeing co-marketing budgets for key strategic partners. Additionally, the manager will coordinate major channel partner events, including annual summit sponsorships and custom webinars, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless lead handover.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of professional experience in B2B marketing, with at least two years dedicated to Channel or Partner Marketing. A proven track record in establishing marketing programs from the ground up within fast-paced environments is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to articulate complex concepts clearly to internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience within the Health Benefits, HR Technology, or Payroll/HRIS ecosystem, particularly with vendors like Sequoia, ADP, or Paychex, is highly desired.
