Chargé(e) d’ordonnancement Audits Consulting
Eurofins Assurance's Consulting Business Unit, specializing in food safety consulting services, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for Audit Consulting. Eurofins Scientific is a global leader in analytical services, operating over 900 laboratories in 61 countries with approximately 62,000 employees. The company provides expertise to private enterprises and public organizations across sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Food, Environment, and Medical.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning audit services based on client orders, creating consultant schedules that align with industry-specific criteria and client requirements, ensuring comprehensive handling of all client orders, monitoring the execution of services to meet client expectations, managing urgent scheduling adjustments, optimizing consultant travel to maximize time and resource efficiency, and adhering to various protocols while coordinating actions according to field constraints. You will work closely with the department head and maintain constant communication with auditors and clients.
The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) and has 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, process optimization, production management, or scheduling. Familiarity with the agri-food sector is advantageous. A good level of English is required due to regular interactions with international auditors. Key competencies include autonomy, rigor, natural methodological skills, strong interpersonal and listening abilities, capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, agility in handling daily challenges including urgent situations, and proficiency in computer tools.
The position offers a fixed salary with variable components, depending on profile and experience. The role is based in Les Pennes-Mirabeau (13).
