Chargé(e) d'ordonnancement métier audit

Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking a Chargé(e) d'ordonnancement métier audit to join its Food Assurance division. This role involves coordinating audit scheduling and resource allocation within the Business Unit Certification, ensuring efficient and effective audit operations.

The primary responsibilities include planning auditor assignments based on client orders, developing consultant schedules that align with industry standards and client requirements, and overseeing the completion of all client orders. The role also entails monitoring the progress of audit services to ensure they meet client expectations, managing scheduling emergencies, optimizing consultant travel, and adhering to established protocols while coordinating actions based on field constraints.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a BAC+3 degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, process optimization, production management, or scheduling. Familiarity with the agri-food sector is advantageous. A good command of English is required due to regular interactions with international auditors. Key competencies include autonomy, rigor, natural methodological skills, strong interpersonal and listening abilities, capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, agility in handling daily challenges including urgent situations, and proficiency in computer tools.

The position offers a fixed salary with variable components, depending on the candidate's profile and experience. The role is based in Massy (91) or Les Pennes-Mirabeau, near Marseille.
