Chemical Laboratory Supervisor 化学实验室主管

Eurofins is seeking a Chemical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our organic and inorganic testing groups. This role involves managing a team responsible for conducting analyses such as pH, formaldehyde, phthalates, azo compounds, heavy metals, and AP/APEO, ensuring that all processes align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include developing and validating testing methods, preparing operational guidelines, and interpreting relevant testing standards. The supervisor will also lead research and development efforts for chemical testing methods related to food contact materials, address complex projects within the organic and inorganic domains, and optimize detection methods. Additionally, the role involves coordinating the maintenance of major equipment in the organic field and providing guidance and supervision to staff on equipment operation and upkeep.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in applied chemistry, with a preference for those holding a master's degree in analytical chemistry. A minimum of eight years of experience in organic and inorganic testing within third-party testing institutions is required, with familiarity in phthalates, APEO, and PFAS being advantageous. Proficiency in operating instruments such as GC/MS, LC/MS, and HPLC, along with data analysis software, is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills, dedication, and the ability to handle high-intensity work are also necessary.
