Chief Marketing Officer (Mandarin Speaking)
Hyphen Connect is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global brand strategy. This role is pivotal in establishing a trustworthy and professional market presence for the company's financial services offerings. The CMO will oversee a multi-functional marketing and growth team, aligning their efforts with the company's global commercialization goals.
The CMO's primary responsibilities include defining and implementing the global brand strategy, building and optimizing full-funnel growth models that encompass performance marketing, content strategy, and community-driven acquisition to drive assets under management (AUM) growth. Additionally, the role involves designing global partner networks and incentive models for introducing brokers (IBs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to create scalable growth structures across multiple regions. The CMO will also lead the go-to-market strategy for core products such as automated trading and copy-trading systems, managing key performance metrics like cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI).
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, Media, or a related discipline, along with 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in brand building, user growth, and marketing strategy. Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 10 or more people is essential. A deep understanding of the financial services or trading industry, particularly regarding IBs, KOLs, and affiliate models, is required. A strong data-driven mindset with a proven track record of optimizing marketing budgets, conversion funnels, and ROI is also necessary.
