Reporting to the CEO and working directly with the Chief Performance Officer and the wider CEO Office team, the Chief of Staff will provide dedicated operational support to our CEO, ensuring they can focus their time on the highest-impact decisions and activities.
This is a high-leverage role designed for someone who wants to learn how exceptional leaders operate. You'll work closely with the Chief Performance Officer who owns the broader operating cadence and company communications to ensure the CEO vision is delivered.
What You'll Do
CEO Workflow Management
- Own the CEO's workflow-manage priorities, triage requests, and ensure the right things get attention at the right time
- Prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions-build briefing materials, context docs, and follow-up summaries
- Coordinate CEO scheduling and logistics, working with the EA to optimize time allocation
- Act as a filter and first point of contact-knowing what needs the CEO's direct input vs. what can be delegated
