What we need:
At Multiverse, information isn't just stored - it's a strategic asset. As Knowledge Manager, you'll make that asset work harder - ensuring our institutional knowledge is discoverable, actionable and dependable as the backbone of our business processes and agentic AI solutions.
This is a cross-functional leadership role with real reach. You'll drive a company-wide movement to reimagine how we manage knowledge - upgrading our tooling, frameworks, and behaviours so they become genuine force-multipliers for every team. You'll empower every Multiverse employee to find and use the information they need, faster and with confidence - enabling smarter, more efficient decision-making at every level.
This role sits within our Data & Insight team and reports to our Director of Data Products, but you will work closely with multiple departments - including our Chief of Staff, People, IT & AI Transformation teams.
