Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-channel campaigns encompassing Display, Streaming, Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH), Audio, and Social media within the assigned agency portfolio. The Executive serves as the primary point of contact for junior to mid-level agency stakeholders, while the Client Development Manager engages with senior contacts. Additional duties involve managing pipeline activities, forecasting, and tracking opportunities using Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in bookings and client interactions. Collaboration with the WPP Media Solutions team is essential to identify and advance cross-sell opportunities across the Nexus Solutions suite. The role also contributes to proactive client development plans, identifying growth opportunities aligned with cultural moments and client planning cycles.

Candidates should possess experience in a media, advertising, or agency environment, with exposure to client-facing or account coordination roles. A working understanding of cross-channel media solutions, including digital, out-of-home, audio, or streaming, is essential. Strong attention to detail in campaign planning, setup, and execution is crucial, along with clear and confident communication skills adaptable to various stakeholders and situations. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply critical thinking to support decision-making is required. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, stay organized across multiple workstreams, and adapt to changing circumstances is also necessary.

While not mandatory, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline and activity tracking is advantageous. An understanding of media planning cycles and client investment strategies, as well as a track record of identifying proactive growth or cross-sell opportunities within a client or agency portfolio, are beneficial.
