Client Lead
The Client Lead at WPP Media is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of media solutions. This position is based in Mumbai, India, and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and business growth. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include integrating data into planning processes to ensure scalability and effective deployment, leading data-first planning across brand portfolios to optimize efficiency, and driving audience solutions such as ADH and Bridge for planning and deployment. The role also involves integrating CRM and CDP from an audience perspective across brand plans, utilizing analytics for audience building and prioritization, and building and operationalizing the First-Party Data (FPD) architecture, encompassing collection, enrichment, deployment, and measurement. Additionally, the Client Lead is tasked with institutionalizing digital measurement and analytics practices for brands, setting up digital KPIs for both short-term and long-term objectives, understanding full-funnel journeys, managing off-platform and on-platform attribution, integrating outcomes back into planning, conducting platform audits, defining tagging strategies for paid and owned media, and testing CDP and DCR from an analytics standpoint.
The ideal candidate should have over 12 years of experience, with a strong background in digital planning and analytics. Experience with custom audience segments developed from owned asset audiences and platform cohorts, as well as first-party data audiences and owned platforms, is essential. A solid understanding of business strategies and growth marketing is required, along with experience in performance campaigns for portals and apps. Some experience in data science and analytics is also desirable.
