ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Operations team provides critical behind‑the‑scenes support for successful client implementations. This role focuses on the technical and operational work required to set up, configure, and maintain client solutions. While not client‑facing, the position partners closely with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to enable smooth launches and scalable delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, problem‑solving, and supporting complex implementations in a growing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support client implementations through accurate and timely technical and operational execution
- Configure systems, manage data, and ensure implementation requirements are met
- Partner with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to support delivery and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot internal issues and investigate discrepancies that impact implementation workflows
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements that support scale and efficiency

You are detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working behind the scenes on technical and operational tasks. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with internal teams, and taking ownership of your work. You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
