As a Client Service Consultant (m/w/d) at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in client advisory, actively contributing to the development of digital media and communication strategies both independently and collaboratively within the team. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with clients to address their individual needs, leveraging your extensive market knowledge to provide tailored solutions. You will co-develop customized media strategies that align with client objectives, plan and coordinate media plans in collaboration with your team, monitor competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities, act as a liaison between internal and external units to coordinate campaigns, and analyze and interpret data to continually refine communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in regular client interactions, capable of providing media consultations both independently and as part of a team. A solid understanding of the media industry and market dynamics is essential. Strong analytical skills are required to perform complex data analyses, along with the ability to deliver audience-specific presentations effectively. Proficiency in German and English is necessary, and familiarity with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.
We offer a gross annual salary starting at €40,320 (based on a 38.5-hour workweek), with a willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience.
