Client Success Account Manager
The Client Success Account Manager at Wellhub is responsible for managing a portfolio of large and complex client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This role involves developing and executing tailored sales plans, leading client relationships throughout the lifecycle, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience. Key responsibilities include developing sales plans for each client, identifying expansion opportunities, and articulating the value of Wellhub's offerings. The manager will lead client relationships post-sale, ensuring contract renewals, negotiating expansions, and facilitating connections between client executives and Wellhub leadership to deepen engagement. Additionally, providing product feedback to inform enhancements and improvements is a critical aspect of the role.
Candidates should have substantial experience in client-facing roles, particularly in managing large and complex client relationships with a focus on cross-selling and upselling. Strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in both Portuguese and English are essential. The role requires independent operation, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
