Client Success Advisor (Risk & Audit, Analytics)
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Client Success Advisor specializing in Risk & Audit Analytics to join their team. This role is integral to Diligent's Customer Success retention strategy, focusing on key accounts to drive adoption, retention, and identify expansion opportunities within the platform. The position leverages Diligent's go-to-market strategies and value drivers, combining people, process, and technology to deliver exceptional service.
In this role, the Client Success Advisor will provide guidance on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform to align with clients' business processes and objectives. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth assessments of clients' GRC requirements, collaborating on internal roadmaps, ensuring proper understanding and adoption of platform solutions, and partnering with internal teams to drive continuous improvement based on client use cases. Additionally, the advisor will monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively share insights with clients.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry. An adaptive mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to manage multiple client engagements concurrently are essential. A willingness to travel to client sites is also required.
The compensation for this role ranges from $99,280 to $124,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
