Life360 is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in New York. As a key member of the Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and driving the success of native advertising campaigns. Life360 is dedicated to keeping families connected through our innovative mobile app and Tile tracking devices, serving approximately 96 million monthly active users across more than 180 countries.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from the receipt of insertion orders to the completion of campaigns, with a focus on client growth and retention. Your responsibilities will include educating clients on the benefits of native advertising and the Nativo platform, collaborating with Sales to develop upsell strategies, overseeing the campaign launch process, and working cross-functionally with Content, Campaign Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive analyses. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling and presenting post-campaign reports that translate data into actionable insights and future recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in account or media roles within advertising agencies, publishers, adtech companies, or similar media properties. A strong interest in client strategy and sales development is essential, along with proficiency in analyzing data sets to extract meaningful insights. Familiarity with the digital media ecosystem and advertising technologies is required, as well as the ability to cultivate deep client relationships. Candidates should be resourceful, adept at troubleshooting, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A BA/BS degree is required.

The compensation package for this position includes a salary range of $104,500 to $121,500, determined based on the candidate's background and experience.
