Client Success Senior Manager (ENT) - Individual Contributor
The Client Success Senior Manager (Individual Contributor) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Client Sales Development team, focusing on the successful onboarding and management of enterprise clients in France. The manager will build strong relationships with HR directors and works councils, aligning Wellhub's platform with corporate wellness and talent retention goals. Additionally, the role involves driving commercial agendas, including contract renewals, expansions, and renegotiations, as well as analyzing user data to develop tailored communication strategies that enhance workforce engagement.
Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in client success, key account management, or HR consulting, with a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise relationships. Fluency in French at a native level and proficiency in English are required. The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a developing market environment, capable of building regional processes from the ground up. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead high-level negotiations are essential.
