🎯 About the Role We are looking for truly exceptional, highly experienced nurses to join our innovative and fast-paced clinical advisory team. This role is based in a call center environment, where you will work closely with patients, providers, and health plan sponsors to support patient healthcare needs. Through telephonic medical management, you will help deliver high-quality, cost-effective clinical outcomes using approved processes, available resources, and advanced technology. The company uses an AI-powered tool that assists in recommending patient care steps after clinical data is entered.
✅ Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Excellent telephonic communication skills
• Ability to identify patient discomfort or concerns over the phone
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy
• Strong computer and technical skills (tested during interview)
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously
• Comfortable following multi-step workflows and decision-making flowcharts
• High level of dependability, accountability, and professionalism
• Self-starter, comfortable with independent learning and on-the-job training
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to on-site work in a call center setting
👩‍⚕️Candidate Profile
1. Experience level: High-level (5–8 years desirable)
2. Education: Licensed nurses preferred
3. (All current staff are nurses, although past hires came from different backgrounds)
4. English proficiency: Conversational level required
5. Strong focus on long-term stability (low attrition risk)
