Payroll Associate – Execupay

About the Role We are seeking a Payroll Associate to join our client-facing Service Operations Team. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment while supporting payroll processes for a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
• Process payroll for clients across the country.
• Enter client data and review employee timesheets.
• Learn to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance.
• Respond to and resolve client and employee payroll issues.
• Partner with payroll specialists to become proficient in our payroll software, Prism.
• Conduct remote meetings with clients to help them achieve their KPIs.
• Ensure client satisfaction, health, and retention.
• Collaborate with operational departments to maintain successful client relationships.
