Clinical Study Volunteer Recruiter
The Clinical Study Volunteer Recruiter at Eurofins plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and coordination of participants for clinical studies. This position is integral to the clinical research team, ensuring that studies are adequately staffed with qualified volunteers. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating a database of clinical study participants, documenting all communications for reference, and interacting professionally with a diverse range of study participants through various communication channels. The recruiter will screen and schedule visits for potential participants based on study eligibility criteria and serve as front desk personnel during participant visits, managing check-ins, appointment reminders, eligibility screenings, and distribution of study documentation and payment information. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the laboratory's study management staff to meet recruitment targets and assisting with marketing and advertising efforts, including social media outreach and developing strategies to attract new participants.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. While laboratory or healthcare experience is ideal, it is not a mandatory requirement. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:15 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed.
