Clinical Trial Manager
Structure Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join our Clinical Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing company dedicated to transforming biologics and peptides into life-changing small molecule medicines. The CTM will oversee global clinical trials, managing internal stakeholders, CROs, service providers, clinical monitors, and trial sites, with a focus on multinational, multicenter Phase II studies.
Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating global cross-functional study teams through all study stages, from start-up to close-out. The CTM will drive the RFP and RFI processes, analyze service providers, budgets, and proposals, and negotiate complex agreements. Additionally, the role involves providing oversight to CROs and service providers, ensuring compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline and have a minimum of 3 years of related industry experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a related function, with increasing responsibility and scope. At least 1 year of study management experience in clinical and drug development is required. Experience in selecting, managing, and overseeing sites, CROs, specialty labs, and other service providers in global, multinational studies is essential. Strong project management skills, including budget, contract, and timeline management, are also necessary.
Structure Therapeutics offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $146,000 to $185,000, annual performance incentive bonuses, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
