ABOUT THE ROLE
The Clinician Experience Liaison is responsible for serving as the primary operational point of contact for an assigned group of clinicians, supporting them from onboarding through successful integration into clinical practice at Array Behavioral Care. This position plays a key role in ensuring clinicians receive timely communication, clear expectations, and responsive operational support that promotes confidence, engagement, and long-term retention. The Clinician Experience Liaison brings strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and works closely with Medical Affairs, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to address clinician needs, resolve operational issues, and support a seamless clinician experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for an assigned group of clinicians, providing end‑to‑end support from onboarding through full integration into clinical practice.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clinicians by delivering timely, accurate, and professional operational support and serving as a consistent, reliable resource.
